Our Process
Every design that leaves our shop was made by a human.
We are a two-person studio in Nashville. Every illustration, layout, and cut file we sell was finished by our in-house designer.
We know that matters to you, because it matters to us. Here is exactly how the work gets done.
How a design gets made
- We start from a blank file. Custom work begins with your reference photos, your notes, or a rough sketch — then our designer draws it from scratch. We can use AI as a tool for getting the idea right but in the end it is cleaned and finished by a designer.
- We build the production file by hand. Vector paths, cut lines, and print layers are drawn and tuned for the specific machine and material the piece will run on.
- You approve a proof. We send a digital proof before anything is printed or cut. Nothing goes to production until you say yes.
- We make it ourselves. UV printing, laser engraving, and CNC work all happen on our own equipment, in our own shop. Nothing is drop-shipped or outsourced.
- We check it before it ships. Every piece is inspected by hand before it goes in the box.
Our AI policy
What we do use software for: the same things every modern shop does — vector drawing, layout, color correction, and machine toolpathing. These are tools a designer operates, not generators that produce artwork on their own.
Client-supplied AI files. If you send us an AI-generated image for a custom order, we will tell you. These files are almost never production-ready — they lack clean vector paths, correct color separation, and the cut geometry our machines need. We rebuild them by hand, and that rebuild is billed as design time. You will always see the cost before we start.
This policy is current as of September 2026 and applies to the majority of our catalog.
About our product photos
Product photography on this site shows our actual finished work. Where an image is a digital mockup rather than a photograph of a completed piece, we label it as such on the listing.
For show and market organizers
If you are reviewing an application from us, everything above is our standing policy and we are glad to back it up. We can provide work-in-progress files, process photos, and raw production footage on request. Reach out through our contact page and we will send documentation for whatever categories you need.
Who we are
We are Keri and Natalia — SoCal natives, Disney alums, and a queer woman-owned studio rooted in Nashville, Tennessee. We came up through education and creative industries, and we brought that training with us. Precision is the whole point.
